Owners, Sesto and Micheline, moved to Florida in 1997 where they immediately got involved in Florida Pasta. Micheline and her crew strive to bring the best quality pastas and sauces to the Florida food-service industry and retail markets, while Sesto runs the restaurant branch, "Da Sesto Italian Market & Restaurant". All the products from Florida Pasta are produced in small batches and distributed to hotels and restaurants all over Florida. Whether it is our Fresh Pasta or “Sesto’s Pesto”, you can be assured that personal attention was put into creating a quality homemade product.
